20 Stand Dahlstrom Complete Rollforming Line for Manufacturing Storm Panels

A Complete Line of Equipment and Engineering for the Manufacturing of Florida State Building Code (FBC) Approved .50” Aluminum Mill Finish Storm (Full and/or Half) Panels. For High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) installations and Zero Seperation Installations.The Panels have a 2” profile, with a 14 1/2” width. Punched holes are double keyway 6” on center.

Allows Panels to be cut to size and punched without the Roll Former stopping or
even slowing down.

JAN TEC 15’ Variable Speed Conveyor:
Takes finished Panels away from the Roll Former.

Controls the length and number of panels cut. Programs up to ninety nine
continuous jobs without interruption.
