Remanufactured - Scope of Work as follow:
1. Grinder will be completely disassembled.
2. Machine and all component parts will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for wear or damage.
3. All machine ways, slides, and plates will be ground and precision scraped to restore new machine operating tolerances. Provide a new gib, scraped and flaked.
A) Grinding Wheel Spindle:
Spindle remanufactured and ground to original tolerance.
Bearing replaced with new.
Oil seals replaced with new.
Thrust washers replaced with new.
New Gaskets
New Seals.
B) Grinding Wheel Dressers:
Completely Disassembled.
New adjusting screws.
Quill polished and buffed.
Diamond holder replaced with new.
C) Drive Box:
Complete remanufacture of transmission.
Remanufacture including new shafts and couplings.
D) Lubricating System:
New lubricant pump. Trabon grease lube 200 hours.
New lubricating lines.
New filters throughout.
New lines.
New grease fittings.
E) Feed Assembly:
New Bearings.
Remanufacture the feed.
New worm.
New pick feed mechanism.
F) Electric Control Panels:
New wire throughout the machine and panel.
Allen Bradley starter and relays.
New fuse blocks.
New wire ways.
Complete documentation.
New chuck controls.
G) Electric Motors:
All motors to be replaced with new Hi-Efficiency motors.

Quality Acceptance:
The equipment is to be test run in our plant under your supervision upon completion of remanufacture. All workmanship and quality of parts are to be approved prior to shipment of equipment.

Guarantee:
We extend a full two year manufacturers tolerance guarantee, during which time any materials that may prove defective will be corrected at no charge to the original customer. Our liability being limited to the repair or replacement of such materials.

Run Off:
Provide a complete run off demonstrating the grinder. Grind customer’s parts to customer specified tolerances. Guarantee 1.67 C.P.K.
