Rubber hard stops are not intended for full speed impacts.

• Customer to supply floor covers from edge of pit to walkover plate

Carriage
• Machined steel plate construction
• Carriage will be drilled to mount customer supplied robot.
• Four (4) linear ball bearings with end seals plumbed to common
termination point for ease of lubrication.
• 24v DC automatic lubrication system with PLC control included for rack and pinion.
• Carriage will have home or zero pin capability.
• 480 mm [≈18.9 inch] estimated height (floor to top of carriage).
• Estimated overall carriage length: 630 millimeters [≈24.8 inches]
• Cable carrier termination at carriage.
• Drive will consist of a low backlash reducer for direct coupling of
customer provided servo motor
• Output of reducer will be a helical rack and pinion drive
