Standard Stack Handling Configuration:
T-Shaped configuration with one (1) Powered Scissor Lift Table and
chain conveyors for load/unload stations.
The lift table is used as both the load and unload stations.
Pallets are placed on the lift table while it’s outside of the stacking box.
The table is then jogged into stacking position.
Once a full stack or batch count is achieved,
the stacker table will be lowered, then the motorized table can be extended
for the removal of the full stack.

Emergency Stop Zone:
Emergency Stop is invoked by pushing one of the
red mushroom headed E-Stop pushbuttons.
This turns off motion output power to the machine.
The drives will either safe torque off or be powered down completely.
The Emergency Stop Zone includes the entire Coe Press Line and
can be interlocked with the Press to allow a Press E-Stop to also
cause the Coe System to Emergency Stop.
This safety is designed with a dual channel safety monitoring relay.
